A husband to his amazing wife Ashley first and foremost he has been blessed to marry his high school sweetheart and together they have created a fairy life that now revolves around providing for their two beautiful children.

Acesa professionally is a powerful public speaker, philanthropist, persuader, and world-class leader. He is currently the Chief Operating Officer of Results Driven REI and is the founder of several successful businesses.

He is also an experienced multi-faceted leader with a demonstrated history of company-leading results with his unique combination of business, social, leadership, & financial acumen. A proven track record of results through extreme ownership and leadership that is focused on raising standards and getting the best out of every person he encounters.

Acesa has an extreme passion to create psychologically safe environments in which people can thrive and be empowered to love what they do, where they do it, and who they do it with.
